Was good.... Until about 2 months ago and now no matter what form of payment I use it tells me there was an error... "failure to submit your cart. Try again later" Pretty crappy considering its the only food app with any good delivery options in my area. Just updated and still NOTHING... Definitely wont be trying again... Just deleted it.

I was absolutely in love with DoorDash up until this very moment when they decided that my address is now outside the delivery zone for my favorite restaurant, which they have delivered to me already multiple times. First of all, I live in town--Im not out in the country. Second, it is a small town! The restaurant is not that far! I give 2 stars bc up until now, they were great. Now idk if Ill use them anymore. I was probably their best customer in this area too. Uber Eats, anyone?

The first and only time i ever made an order with this app the driver brought the wrong order (not the drivers fault). The restaurant called me to tell me they gave the wrong order. Drivers are not allowed to go back and get the correct order. BE WARNED: door dash will NOT refund your full amount in the likely evenT that you do not ever receive your order. You will still have to pay the tip and service charge even without ever getting service. If you like to gamble, maybe this is the app for you

Good luck trying to contact support! I just sent an email to the support email they have listed and got an immediate response back within 45 seconds saying "your case has been closed due to inactivity". I guess their support email is just for looks.

I ordered some food to be delivered to my home and est. time of delivery was about 10:46am. the Dasher states that the restaurant was packed that I would have to wait. A few minutes later I text back and receive no response while my status was shown as delivered. I checked with. my doorman and he said no one had left food for delivery. I messaged customer service and while they refunded me, stated that it was MY fault that I was unreachable though I have messaged and attempted to contact him.

Okay but not great, the reason why i say that is because 90% of the delivery fees are 5.99 and that comes on top of that comes on top of like 2 other fees which are understandable because your getting it delivered to you. but it could at least be a little bit lower, it makes a 5 doller sandwich at McDonalds cost like 10 dollers on this app and no one just gets a single sandwich so it comes out too even more sometimes. and also it doesnt have many popular restaurants.

customer service is an absolute joke. Their prices arent displayed correctly and their delivery driver had to call me to get me to pay with my own card food I already paid for in the app a second time. This app is just as bad if not worse than uber eats.

To be honest, this app is WAY easier to use than the others AND you have a wider variety of options not just limited to the specific area Im in. Id say the best feature is the discounts you get from different locations for delivery. Ive saved at least $20 on the last 4 orders alone so this is something I would reccommend everyone to at least try. 💯💯

This is my very first time ever writing a review and using the door dash app. I ordered for Wendys which it took more then an hour to get a driver response and for the driver to pick up my food. I know it takes time with finding the closest driver and the delay time of ordering the food either through drive throw or going in. Once I got my food my burgers was the wrong order. Its my mistake on my part to checked it before the driver left. Kinda mad I only got $3 in credit but no full refund.

We use this app a lot. delivery fee is much less than grub hub. I love the fast process to report missing or messed up items, you get an instant credit and can reorder the missing item or save it for another time. not many issues with mistakes. i have only had one issue once and that was an order we placed for chik-fil-a and the Dasher took almost 2 hours to bring it. otherwise, its always been great and timely.

Ive only been able to successfully order food a few times off this app. it just keeps loading for forever. Ive been trying to order food since before 1pm, its now 1:20. I could have gone and gotten my lunch myself and come back in the time it took for me to try and work this app. not worth the hassle. *EDIT* still garbage. while my initial review seems to have been resolved, there is no number to call if items are forgotten. there is no way to resolve order issues. AWFUL customer service!

first off, I Loved this app. HOWEVER, I saw the whole refer someone for credit thing and this is the problem. I referred my mom and she decided to get some food, BUT it wont let her use my referral because she tried using my card so now even if she trys her card it thinks shes a returning customer and now were screwed out of the whole deal. That is total bs. I understand completely why it wouldnt let her use my card because Im not a new user but SHE IS, so she should get the deal.

When I ordered my food, all of it was wrong. my food came in bowls instead of shells, some were burnt and not even completely made, and we didnt even order drinks, I ordered a couple freezes. I put that in the app to get my money back and you take money still from my account! I go back to the app and it says the problems have been "resolved" it isnt if youre taking 20 bucks out if I asked for a refund. I want my money back to my account, like yesterday.

Amazing service, definitely appreciate the text updates. however the app needs improvement. Can be slow when switching through menus. *Update: The app has been uodated and is working much better than before. Provides a more robust search engine to find exactly what youre looking for and also provides some really good local suggestions.

So disappointed!! The restaurant I order from did not even have the items on their menu so they sent what they thought was the closest to it. WHAT!!! Doordash contacted me about the first order, I made a substitution but even that was not available. The driver was awesome, apologetic in every way, even took the order back only to return with the same order stating my items were not on the restaurants menu. I gave 1 star only because doordash said they would refund half my money. Well see.

horrible service! I placed an order at 7:40pm said estimate delivery 30 minutes. Then I got a notification at 8:30 that the order was delayed. got delivered at 9:15pm. food was cold. the driver claimed she didnt get the order until 8:50. I believe the driver but thats bs if the drivers dont get the request until an hour after! just horrible! I should have walked there and back. would of been quicker. 3 miles away!

The absolute worst! They take your money, after half an hour of waiting, the driver cancels, its gets sent to another driver, app shows the driver is at the restaurant, after 10 minutes it showed it should have my food in 9 minutes, then it changed to 40 minutes!! it was only Burger King! I cancelled the order and asked for the charge to be reversed, I was told I will get a refund in 7 days!! BEWARE

I bought expensive Chinese food and the driver forgot the rice making my meal almost uneatable. The driver loaded the food upside down and it was leaking everywhere. You have to tip before you receive the delivery, so there is no accountability. I have no idea how to get money back. The doordash support page is glitchy. I will NEVER use this awful service again. Horrible waste of money. I will stop being lazy and get my lazy ass off the couch to deliver my own food the right way.

Over the past year, I would give them a chance every so often. My order is either incorrect or I wait 1 hour or more to get food from a place that is an 8 minute drive. The Chat service is not helpful in the least bit. And honestly itd be more efficent to order a lyft and pick it up or use uber eats. 1 year of service and no change in effeciency, overall a disappointment.

This app is a joke, the app it is slow, the service fees are high. the tracker is inaccurate. you have to tip in advance so you cant tip based off of service. we have gotten the wrong order more than once, we have been double charged due to app error and were not refunded the money, orders are constantly late. Today after a 2 hour wait I was told there was no problem with my order. then at the 2 1/2 mark they told me my order was cancelled and they were having technical difficulty.
